Stress Relieving Tip

In this fast moving world, our most of the Young generations’ money hunting managers are suffering from primary hypertension due to high stress at working places or otherwise. My survey reflects over 75% of them who are suffering primary Hypertension are below 30. Life is a unique gift of God therefore; we should not waste in Hospitals and doctors clinics. Despite a large volume written on stress managements, I still feel obliged to world to further add a few tips which can help saving a life.

I am placing for my esteem readers, friends and well wishers my well practices and adopted Som,s Ten Top Stress relieving Tips in today’s world:

1. Follow Hit and Leave Bed Early Rule (HALBE). Hit bed by maximum 10.30 PM. In Extreme cases 11 PM. Rise earliest 5.30 AM Latest 6.30 AM. Exception on Sundays/Holidays HIT Delay 12PM Leave 8 AM. This routine will revitalize your body to new fitness.

2. Mind Trance Mixing Exercise (MTME) DO. While hitting bed before sleeping listen some prayer or slow music likes grandma's Lorry. After rising either sing your pet song, prayer or music or listen.

3. Follow Give and Take Respect (GATR) Rule. If married feel personal depart greeting messages at home from wife or Kid or mother by embracing, kissing, bowing at feet. Personal means physical body touch and not bye bye from inside car.

4. Do Mind Logging Exercise (MLE). Carrying a 5 minutes MLE by reviewing yours days commitments not at home but 30 minute before leaving and arriving in office.

5. Walk, Walk and Walk (WWW). Walking energizes Your body, refreshes your ideas and provide fresh air therefore, to keep BP Low follow this principle daily. Min 50 Steps fast walk and not jog or run. MAXIMUM 5 Km. Min 7 Minutes Max 45 Minutes Both keep U fit

6. Smile to Humour (STH). Keep smiling even without reasons. Adapt yourself to Listen, communicate or hear minimum a humorous Joke after four hour of regular work hours.

7. Under excessive work do Regular Mind and Body Exercise (RMBE). Do RMBE after every hour. How? Sit on ground folding lap or on chair, Close Your eyes remember most happiest moments for 3-5 min move Hands, feet, neck, head and eyes all around and relieve mind and body relax. Get up wish yourself or colleagues.

8. When Angry Remember Me (WARM). Follow WARM Principle to reduce anger. Me could be your son, wife, mother God or your idol any one or simple line of prayer or a song U like most

9. Take A Pause (TAP). Follow TAP rule when continuously working for over six hours. Wash your eyes with cold water. Sit on lap around, Close eyes, Refresh and review what has been done, and what is to be done in mind. Take ten long inhaling breaths saying Om or any word you like and message your neck, hands, face upward from chin up and shake hips violently to make other laugh

10. Least but not the last. Som's Share Share and Share (SSSS) Share problem with immediately it arises. How Pen down lines, read, reread and re-re-read. Analyse why are you under stress share with most beloved not friend but home most beloved even if your minor child do not understand but speak out.
